Numerous studies have shown that the amino acid GABA (Gamma Aminobutyric Acid) promotes significant increases in plasma growth hormone levels. Results from a study at the University of Milan showed a 5.5 fold increase in plasma growth hormone levels 90 minutes after GABA administration.
